The main title matches should always be the last matches on. This is appalling.

I just burst out laughing at Jack Swagger's entrance. I think I woke everyone up. :fp:

What the hell in a cell is this?

The first match was terrible. Short, with little happening and no purpose at all for the cage. The Orton - Cena match was ok, but again didn't use the cage at all. Only decent match so far has been the Morrison - Ziggler match.

The trouble with this set up is that it makes for a strawberry floating boring match.

So... why was that the main Main Event and not one of the title matches? It's been another really gooseberry fool night.

I know I've been missing Raw a bit recently, but honest to god, I didn't even recall Cena won the title from Orton in the first place.

A highly disappointing Pay Per View for a number of reasons. None of the Hell in a Cell matches lived up to their billing; the Cena/Orton match didn’t tell the story it was supposed to, Taker & Punk was simply a cage match & the main event was extremely boring. It was less Hell in a Cell & more like WCW’s ‘Caged Heat’ (their identical version but without the violence).

Crowd wasn’t into a hell of a lot, (unsurprisingly) & the strange placing of the matches didn't help the atmosphere either. There was no reason for DX to go on last.

According to F4WOnline.com CM Punk is in the dog house in WWE right now over something that happened on the most recent overseas tour.

Apparently this is part of the reason why WWE decided to open the Hell In A Cell PPV with CM Punk dropping the World title to The Undertaker.

I streamed the first match and remember JR saying it was the 17th HIAC match ever, so we get the 17th, 18th & 19th HIAC's within one night and they all turn out gooseberry fool, hampering the name forever.

I also don't get having the PPV named HIAC, I assume this is the only time we'll ever get to see HIAC anymore (a la Royal Rumble) which makes it even more gooseberry fool. Vince has monkeys running his company.

Just checked the results from last night as i couldn't be bothered watching it and boy am i glad i didn't watch it.

CM Punk burried, Cena loses after only having the title for 3 weeks. At least Jerrishow retained which is great as i really expected Batista and Rey to be given the win.

I'm starting to wonder if Jerrishows next oponents may be DX.

Also can someone please explain the point of the next ppv, bragging rights. It sounds a little bit like the traditional survivor series. Surely instead of a whole ppv based around brand verses each other, they should have just had a couple of matches as part of survivor series.

The whole show was literally backwards. Why not keep the title changes for the end of the show?! All the cell matches were shite and Cole filled me with hope when he declared Orton Vs Cena as a renewal of the feud. A renewal!? it hasn't stopped. Obvious from that point on that Orton would win to drag it out. Cells are for feud climaxes ffs.

GRAPL results up soon.

Glad I went to sleep now, sometimes I really despair of the booking, they've buried Miz and Swagger since their moves to Raw, when they really need to be building up some main event talent on their 'A' show, like I said last night having Punk drop the title is just pointless, especially as Taker's barely able to compete anymore after so many injuries, the Cena v Orton feud whilst stale is the only real option they have as neither man has anyone else to work with and their matches have been decent/good. The two tag matches were good and at least Legacy weren't buried, they had a lot of offence and were given time to shine, though the outcome was inevitable after the last PPV. I dread to think what Bragging Rights is going to be like though in 3 weeks, the whole idea behind it sounds beyond idiotic.

If this year has proved one thing, it's that the brand split is now having a detrimental effect on the programming. They don't have the depth of roster, nor do they seem capable of building news stars (& when they do, they bury 'em a few months later), to sustain 3 individual brands. You've got one where nothing remotely interesting happens (ECW) & another half the country can't even receive because it's syndicated (Smackdown).

Saying that, if they combined the brands they wouldn't have time for half the roster on Raw because they're too busy faffing about with crappy guest hosts.

I can see Bragging Rights being a bit of a stop gap with this bollocks tournament & the same old feuds picking up again at the Survivor Series (DX & Cena against Legacy anyone?).
