Big Brodus Clay has been on superstars every week squashing jobbers. Will help make a good promo video when they decide to use him on smackdown.

8-)

The most surprising thing is how despite the results being the most logical ones in months, the fact that they all went that way was staggering given the way booking plans change dozens of times for each show.

Honestly listen back and you will want to ram your head in an oven given the amount of times he says 'YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME'. There are signature lines that each commentator has 'mudhole' etc etc but this .... this was just so irritating.

Go back & watch WrestleMania 15 & get a shot glass ready for every time Michael Cole says "wait a minute".

I think that final segment would have benefited even more from just Jim Ross & a heel Jerry Lawler in Cole's position. But then I suppose that could be said of absolutely everything.

A 12 man tag-match advertised for RAW.

Here's a game. See if you can guess the names.

John Cena, C.M. Punk, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, and Mason Ryan vs. Alberto Del Rio, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, and David Otunga.

I was just thinking about what the worst thing about wrestling is in 2011. And I came to the conclusion that it's finding someone else to talk to about it that isn't on the internet, let alone watch it with. Being able to order the WWF UK events on Sky Box Office & watch it with everyone because it was at 7pm-ish on a Saturday was just great.

When Vince McMahon says their PPV buys are down because more people are watching it in groups, I can tell you right now that's bollocks.

They've actually been talking about this on Wrestling Observer Radio these past few months. What was once a whole group has now ended up as 1 or 2, & then almost begrudgingly.

Booker definitely has the love hate factor about him  I can see why some dislike him...but personally i like him. He genuinely makes me chuckle a lot - something King has long forgotten how to make me do it seems. He can get easilly muddled up with his words but i do like his enthusiasm. He also seems to have a pretty good rapport with Cole as well, i like a lot of their back and forths. When Cole doesn't deviate from his role - i.e. spend more time insulting JR, i actually don't mind him as a commentator, i think he's pretty decent. Personally, i'm hoping it's the combo of Cole, Booker and JR tonight :shifty:

This Off The Air stuff is hilarious. Michael Cole & Jerry Lawler slagging off the fans & Tony Chimel on SD commentary during intermissions.

I don't know if it was mentioned in this thread, but apparently CM Punk has managed to knock John Cena off the top spot in terms of merchandise sales. Pretty good achievement that because only the Rock's stuff has managed to knock Cena off top spot in recent years. Question is whether he can stay at the top or at the very least, consistently be the second best selling stuff.

Rumoured survivor series team

Wrestlezone is reporting that a 'Team WWE' team at Survivor Series will include Triple H, Rock, Cena, and possibly two from Punk, Austin and Undertaker.

Don't see how they can work that, if it is true. Because all of those guys will not get eliminated and it would be a pretty one sided match.
