What is it about Triple H & WrestleMania?

Warrior, Kane, Booker T, Chris Jericho & now Randy Orton. All sucked.

WrestleMania 2000 was by far his finest hour.

I was totally wrecked last night so didn't get to stay up for WM but I'm kinda glad in a way I didn't now. I still really want to see it though but going by all your descriptions it sounded a bit disappointing :(

Did Stone Cold turn up last night?

They've been propping up the board all along but have taken it in good spirits. Good jobs guys, you're not wrestling nerds.

I didn't think it was that bad, really enjoyed most of it. The HBK v Taker match had me and my friends jumping up adn downd when they kicked out, although you always knew taker was going to win. But that bit with the camera man looked pretty painful!

I enjoyed the MITB and Hardy match as they both had some pretty good high flying parts.

But the top two matches were a let down, for the HHH match i thought he was going to be found holding the sledgehammer or Orton was going to frame him with it and HHH would get disqualified. I don't really know what is going to happen with the feud now...

Second time watching it, it's a lot less dissapointing and feels a bit more like Wrestlemania.

I wonder if the camera man getting taken out was a nod to their Hell in a Cell encounter from Badd Blood.

HHH is so stale that he can't garner anything from the fans anymore. I bet he's in a dry match next year also. He's done everything, he's been hated the most, liked the most, and has had numerous big-time comebacks. There's actually nowhere they can go with him now.

I'd vote for his match with Taker at 17. It was superb.

Here's how long the wrestlers from last nights show have been in the company for.

Jericho - 10 years.
Matt and Jeff - 11 years.
JBL - 13 years.
Rey - 7 years.
Taker - 19 years.
HBK - 21 years.
Edge - 11 years.
Cena - 7 years.
Big Show - 10 years.
Triple H - 14 years.
Orton - 7 years.

Now compare that with WM 16.

Benoit - 1 month.
Angle - 1 year.
Jericho - 7 months.
Edge and Christian - 2 years.
Hardys - 2 years.
Dudleys - 2 years.
Big Show - 1 year.
Triple H - 5 years.
The Rock - 4 years.
Kane - 3 years.
Rikishi - 8 years.

No wonder the product is so stale these days.

For those that don't know who returned, or in fact what they were wearing, in the Divas' Battle Royal last night (practically everyone, as it was so poorly done)...

You missed out Joy Giovanni.

EDIT - I did notice she looks kind of old now, as does Molly Holly in that picture.

I think I've just accidentally proved my point. All I remember of her on Television is when she was dating The Big Show.

I haven't been too keen on any of the recent lot since WM18.

Really? 19, despite not having many stand out moments has a really solid card with a couple of cracking matches. XX is probably in my top five, the rest since then have been okay, with the exception of last night's abomination.
