Well apparently John Cena has the belt at the Tribute to the Troops show. He cuts a promo with the title...

...& then comes out with it again later to face Jericho. If the spoilers are indeed true, I can't see them editing both segments off. So either Cena is given his belt back tonight or they have a rematch & Cena wins.

I hope not.

It's a refreshing change to have someone new as champion.

No-one actually cares. You need megascores to sustain it over the next three PPVs and Wrestlemania, as that's all there are left. You're still 12 points behind the leaders. Out of interest Rog, what are the prize positions? Top 3? I can see myself dropping down to fourth or fifth and losing.

EDIT: Oooh, bonus round. And joint lead with Mocky and Zellery.

If they let Cena have a rematch and win tonight, then what was the point in Seamus winning at all? :fp:

Presumably to prove his hardman credentials. If they let Cena win it back with a dodgy finish tonight and make it look like he thieved the belt back, it can be both the start of a Cena heel turn and a way of proving that Seamus is a tough bloke, I suppose. But I doubt the bookers even looked as far ahead as tonight when they booked this match.

Has anyone ever listened to the Wrestling Anthems CD? They don't hold the license to any of the music, so they've tried to imitate it. Bringin' Da Hood (Cryme Tyme) & Sexy Boy (Shawn Michaels) are both hilariously awful.

Only The Undertaker's is near enough spot on.

I've only seen the vid posted on a little way back, but looks to me like the finish in Cena Sheamus was botched - I think the idea was for both to go through tables at the same time from that superplex spot; thus ending the match as a draw, net result Sheamus still looks strong, and Cena retains.

I thought the same thing after it happened. I thought perhaps Sheamus was supposed to go through the table outside of the ring at the same time as Cena but didn't reach it. Says a lot about WWE that I can't decide what I think.

The announcing situation in the WWE needs a robust overhaul. Look at all 3 announce teams - they all get along. Why in the hell is Jerry Lawler now playing it straight? This is one of those rare occasions in wrestling where the announcers not only have zero personality, they're all friends. Even in TNA!

It's crazy, Lawler heel is awesome.
