Love the old episodes of Raw they are putting up. Watching the one just now where Austin is stripped of the title and he comes out in the zamboni, attacks Vince and gets arrested.

Still amazed at some of the stuff they got away with in the Attitude Era compared to now. Just saw a backstage skit where Val Venis, in no subtle way at all, is getting a blowjob from an off-screen Terri Runnels who briefly pops her head up

There was a great RAW many years ago where a group of Japanese caricatures and Kaientai chopped his tadger off as well. No way a Val Venis character would be allowed on WWE programming now.

Can't remember what I was watching the other day but there's a backstage skit with the Kat totally naked and Mae Young holding out her arm to cover her tits, and later hands her a t-shirt with a little cat face which covers up her fanny when she turns around and stands up

I imagine they'll get a pretty big influx of customers in the couple of months that follow Wrestlemania. Personally, I wouldn't have relied on the Network for Mania when it was it's first ever PPV broadcast on that scale. Now people have seen how well it coped I can see plenty jumping on board, especially with them bringing the free week trial back in for a bit.

I'm still going to see what it's like when it launches here before deciding. Having the PPV's available straight after is great but hopefully whatever was in the new Sky deal means they can put Raw and Smackdown on after as well. It would certainly stop me acquiring everything if I could pay a tenner a month for everything.

They've also got time now to build up some future events to secure more buyers. Wrestlemania was a great starting point as Wrestlemania always gets mainstream attention (bringing back a load of people for the extravaganza). Now they need a hot angle to keep that interest alive, and especially play up the ability of the Network to let people view all the stuff they were into back in the day. I know quite a few people that are sold on the Network on the basis of it letting them rewatch the entirety of the Attitude Era again or catch up on stuff they missed out on at the time (mainly WCW stuff).

Provided they don't drop the ball I reckon they could get to 1 million subscribers before the end of the year, no problem.

This one? I have no memory of this first time around. I possibly missed the episode or something. My teenage self would have locked himself in his bedroom for a week after this.

The majority of the time NXT is a different universe. He occasionally the reference a story or feud from nxt. But usually when someone debuts in wwe after being nxt for a year they ignore the nxt run.
