Shame he wasn't still employed by the WWE & their World Champion. The aftermath would have been hilarious.

What a complete moron though.

Well hes done nothing wrong really then has he? Hes not contracted therefore out of the company literally, this is an outside occurance.

There's no way the WWE will employ him again, now. He's an epic liability.

What? It doesn't matter whether he's employed by the company or not, as KKLEIN says, he's a liability.

Numerous news outlets have begun picking it up in the States. This is going to look bad for the WWE, whether they deserve it or not.

TMZ.com wrote:Former WWE Champ Busted for Steroids, Pills

Jeff HardyJeff Hardy -- one half of the WWE tag team duo The Hardy Boyz -- was busted today after cops found a boatload of pills and steroids inside his home.

The Moore County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at Hardy's home in Cameron, NC today -- where they found 262 Vicodin pills, 180 Soma pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids and a residual amount of powder cocaine. Cops say the estimated street value of the drugs: $2,500.

Hardy was arrested on charges of "trafficking in controlled prescription pills" and possession of anabolic steroids.

We're told his brother posted his bail, which was set at $125,000.

Such is the seedy world of professional wrestling, I suppose. Very few leave the sport normal. Someone like The Rock made a ton of money, left & went on to bigger & better things.

Well this has got to be a worry for TNA, iMPACT! last night pulled a 0.9 (down again). It did go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers & Tennessee on NBC though.

I thought that was quite well done compared to the usual crap they dish out for swerves, it also should help Hernandez be seen as a possible main event competitor.

I guess he was reaching breaking point. It's a shame that so many stars can be affected by drugs, it seems when there's no way out they resort to drugs. Seems strange that he would have so many though, he's such a cocky strawberry floater it might be just for bragging rights over his peers. The backlash from the media is expected, considering he's such a role model for so many young fans.
His fame possibly went to his head and he fancied giving drugs a bash, but whatever his reasons, there will definetly be a right royal rumble at the Hardy reunion if Matt did bail him out, wonder who will be the survivor. Series.
