I'd be absolutely shocked in Cena vs Johnny Ace doesn't close the show, going by current form.

Also, I'm quite confident there won't be any WWE PPVs this year better than TNA Sacrifice.

Watched that last night (but fell asleep before the main event). Bully Ray v Aries and the opening match was fantastic, apart from that dull as dishwater.

It's that strawberry floating arena. If they were on tour - even in small arenas - it'd come over so much better than the Impact Zone.

Watched Aries/Ray after reading the feedback it was geting on here. That was crazy at times. Aries taking that sick bump and then later on doing the brain buster on Bully Ray.

Raw is expanding to 3 hours.

http://www.prowrestling.net/artman/publish/WWE/article10025202.shtml

Because there just isn't enough wrestling on TV. It also worked really well for Nitro.

On the plus side, we don't have to stay up as late for the start of RAW \o/

Wow. Without big changes to the roster this could be a move that if not kills, seriously hurts the WWE in the long term. It seems they have trouble making 20 minutes out of 2 hours worth watching at the moment so god only knows how they're gonna work with 3 hours.

I think more wrestling shows should change to an hour to 1 hour 30 minute length.

Wrestling is much easier to watch when the programme is that long and I think if writiers learn to adapt the promos can be much better too, also that kind of length encourages stuff like backstage interviews (back stage as in that room with the TV in it).

WWE.com wrote:"WWE is proud to celebrate this historic milestone with our partners at USA Network," WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon said. “Our new three-hour Raw represents the next generation in interactive television where our fans won’t just watch the show, they will help create it.”

Starting with the historic 1,000th episode of Raw on July 23, The WWE Universe will have new ways to get involved in the show through WWE.com and social media by deciding matches, stipulations, Superstar development and more.

"The WWE Universe is one of the most socially active and passionate fan bases in all of television," Chris McCumber and Jeff Wachtel, co-presidents USA Network, said. "The powerful three-hour block of live TV truly makes USA the year-round destination for young male viewers on Monday nights."

Stay with WWE.com for more on this breaking news surrounding Monday Night Raw.
