Can't read the thread as I'm watching it tonight but if someone could send me download links at some point today I'd be more than grateful.

Hope everyone who stayed up enjoyed, so looking forward to it. I just need to avoid spoilers all day so media blackout it is.

Very sad to see McMahon still killing talent dead when he feels the whim.

Shan't bother paying to watch this then. I was waiting as i had a horrible feeling he'd do something like he did to Danielson there.

He should get out of that shambles to be honest, go back to ring of honour.

I had no gripes with any of the matches bar Sheamus/Bryan actually which was awful beyond anything. Kane/Orton was fine, Cody/Show was also fine, Teddy/Johnny was fine. Really want to see some of the matches again today though

treating Danielson like that is enough of a reason for me not to buy it sadly. Vince sure knows how to kill talent.

Some thoughts:

They should start it an hour later next year. Matches during daylight just looked wrong. Once it had darkened and the full effect of the lights and fireworks could be appreciated, it looked incredible.

Big Johnny looked beautiful.

Despite the four hour running time, I thought the whole thing was a bit wasteful. Musical performances just don't work in these kind of events, things like Brodus Clay had no real purpose, just about everything going on longer than the opening match.

Punk/Jericho was a little slow-starting, but I soon got swept up in it. Jericho's Hurricanrana counter into the Walls was a bit special, honestly thought he was going to win it.

'Taker was badass.

I would have hated to have been a fan in one of the far corners of the stadium, looking down at those ants scrapping at each other.

Overall I really enjoyed wrestlemania, The Bryan Sheamus match was awful though, was really looking forward to seeing a good match between them and the whole thing left me feeling really deflated for a while.

The Taker/HHH match I thought was great, although it was very slow (something most of the matches had in common) I thought it told a great story, playing a lot off last year. Wasn't sure about HBK being involved in it going into the match, but I felt he really added to the match. Undertakers back at the end of it though :x

Tag Team match was alright, needed more Ziggler in the ring, and a few more minutes in it with more wrestlers hitting their finnishers at the end. Although go team johnny!

CM Punk Jericho was really good, some great holds and counter holds in it, and has left things to do going into a potential rematch at extreme rules. Could have played off the Punk loses the title on a DQ a bit more towards the end, did a lot of it to begin with and then forgot about it.

the Rock/Cena match was good, could have been better, match was far to slow for my liking. Not as good as Rock/Hogan, crowd went really quiet during the down parts which hurt the match tbh. I still really enjoyed this match though even though it could have been better

All in all i really enjoyed wrestlemania. Think it might be undertakers last appearence at wrestlemania

The first hour was terrible, just felt like an episode of Raw or Smackdown.

I think that's nearly all down to the first match, for me it really made me lose interest in the next few matches

The worst thing about all the singing is that instead of having a good opening match, we got Flo Rider and some twat wasting time

I loved the crowd's reaction when he called Cena an underdog

Did anyone notice Rock have words with Cena with the first sharpshooter? Someone tried to say that Rock apparently wasn't happy with Cena and the way he sold it. I agree though, I thought the match was good but probably could've been even better. Despite his training there were one or two.moments of ring rust from Rock, but overall it was pretty enjoyable. I did enjoy the finish I must admit.

A lot of folk have been complaining about Flo Rida but that MGK thing was just horrendous. What was up with the arm waving? And yes, his speech at the end cemented last night as Cena's worst Wrestmania entrance ever. Having that and some of the backstage skits instead of a decent Championship match was just an insult to Bryan and Sheamus.

The 3 main matches were all really well done, found Punk/Jericho a bit slow to start too but I really got into it. I did an air-punch "Yes!" when 'Taker kicked out of the Sweet Chin Music/Pedigree spot. Glad to see that some matches still elicit some sort of a reaction from me.

Considering I only decided at about 11.00pm to buy it and watch it, I ended up enjoying it overall. I take it that I'm the only one to have missed the end of the Rock v Cena match on Sky? Was pissed off at the time but I'm sure I can catch it elsewhere. Kind of left me feeling a bit flat at the end though.

He is propably saying thanks to punk for the match.

My own problem with the Punk match is that Johnnys stipulation led to nothing, I don't even know why they bothered, I thought it meant Jericho would win cheaply leading to a big rematch in Chicargo next month.

Also I started laughing when the skinny white "drug addict" (as kevin Steen called him on twitter) did his little speech, I was laughing because you do not go to a guys home town like that and say he has an ofer inflated ego, Cena's boo's were worse than the ones he got a Money in the Bank last year because of it.

I think Taker show was great but I didn't feel the need for the cell, then again I don't think any cell matches are neded anymore because the new cell is so tall that you can't do much good with it.
