I feel they have treated Danielson very poorly. I felt he was too small, looked wrong and frankly too talented to be used well by Vinnie.
What a waste of a top talent.

So you're saying the promo was genuine shoot and not in any way setting up Danielson's character? Because if you think the latter I can't possibly see how anyone can think they're treating him poorly, the spotlight's been on him since the start

I hope so Skipster, I really do. I'm well awre everything you see is made up but i'm just not sure on their use of him.

He's bloody good and they should focus on him.

As he's off the show though how can they build him?

He can keep turning up and attacking people I guess until he's signed up by Smackdown or Raw.

Oh now that would be good.

Poor mans replacement for JR? Nail on the head.

She is. I had to google her to remember who the hell she is. She's done nothing of note in TNA (except get her head shaved) and that's the only semi-major promotion she's been in. They've fired her twice ffs.

A semi-major promotion? TNA is classed as WWE rival by everyone but WWE and merely because you didn't know who she is does not negate her merits/name/worth to the company you aren't exactly Jim Ross ;) She's had quite a glittered career on the independent scene and worked in Mexico, she's certainly bigger than Rayne.

Sure you don't mean you think she's better. She's definitely not bigger than her. More people have heard of Rayne than Roxxi. So when she comes back into the company and beats Rayne with zero momentum out of nowhere and she only has such a small resume behind her it's odd. She's not going to gain anything from it either as they have done such a poor job with Rayne that she herself isn't worth a whole lot.

TNA is not a rival to WWE. Where have you got that idea from? They were gearing themselves up to become a rival to WWE but they failed completely. They keep promising and promising but it isn't happening. Rivals have to be competing and they're not. Even when Impact was on Mondays they weren't competing. Raw is doing the same numbers now as when it was up against Impact. TNA ran back with their tail between their legs when they finally accepted that they can't compete with WWE.
TNA is an alternative to WWE but it has never been a rival. Fact.

GRWrestling Fans I need some help, I'm unsure if anyone in this thread watches anything but TNA/WWE but hopefully you also watch Dragongate, ROH..etc..

I'm looking for moves and spots that I can use as I'm having a hard time coming up with them at the moment, basically I'm not 6ft 7 300lbs, think more along Jericho/Punk style moves, based on momentum, skill and speed rather than strength and size. I'd like it if anyone could give me some ideas or videos please

Ok how about this.

You get your opponent in a palmlock.

From this palmlock you then do a sequence of 3 moves, all while still holding the palmlock together. A bit like Eddie's 3 Amigos but better.

So, apply palmlock, then do a modified hiptoss. With the palmlock still applied, drag the opponent to his feet and do a armdrag dragon screw. These are fairly quick moves to get off. Lastly for the bigger finish, lift them into a Fisherman's suplex or some other kind of modified suplex.

Or how about a flipping neckbreaker?

Maybe even do it off the turnbuckle.

A chicken wing crossface type deal. Basically you put your legs across the upper back of the opponent, trapping his arms. Then apply a crossface and rock back. It made my brother tap years ago at least :D

Or do a Front Chicken Wing and then turn it into a jawbreaker.

That was such a good promo. Easily the most realistic promo I've seen in recent years, take that Cole!

Vince McMahon knows Michael Cole is useless, & is happy for these jibes to occasionally go out on air...but yet doesn't want to bring back Jim Ross. THERE'S NO LOGIC TO THIS.

I see why he doesn't bring JR back, not that I agree with it. He wants to move on. Which is why King should probably go, but compared to Cole he's bloody amazing. Unfortunately I see the announce team eventually being Striker and Cole.

Striker: "Did you know, the first chair to be used in wrestling was in 1922 in a match with Nigel Ebersole & Nick Kerwinski?"
Cole: "Vintage, bullshit!"
