Here's some very interesting news...

PWInsider has confirmed that Batista has suffered a torn bicep and is scheduled to have surgery this coming Tuesday.

Batista will still be working the Extreme Rules show tonight. As of a few hours ago, he was also written into tomorrow’s RAW. Expect the injury will be worked into WWE storylines also.

There’s no word yet on the severity of the tear or how long Batista is expected out of action, but a few people have been wondering if the injury will mean an imminent return for Triple H.

If true, that means either CM Punk is cashing in tonight or Batista is presumably losing the title tomorrow.

Took a punt on SuperCena not being booked as Mr Invincible on PPV. Failed.

As Big Show's foot was on/under the ropes, shouldn't the referee demanded the hold be broken?

Going by every single Pro Wrestling convention, yes. But then the rules have to be totally and ineptly ignored in cases like that.

The most depressing thing: Cena v Big Show was strawberry floating horrible... and in September they expect people to want to pay for an ENTIRE CARD OF SHITTY SUBMISSION THEMED MATCHES. :fp:

Well at least we know the future of Hardy's contract issues.

I am just about ready for a CM Punk title reign as a heel though, because there's no way you can't have that as a heel turn... just perfect.

I thought they would have used him on the other belt, which actually needs a fresh face in contention for it

Please let this mean we get a CM punk Vs. Jeff Hardy feud.

Could be great.

Would also enjoy a long Jericho-Punk feud.
