It's still exceptionally smug and had all the problems of the first series but because the actors deliver everything so well (and because there's else on that I watch) I'll stick with it

In fairness he did anchor a report about a democratic president committing war crimes which wasn't even true.

Were Sloane and Don always the best characters or did I only notice it this season?

I think they've both stepped up this season.

Actually, most of them have. I'm really enjoying this now.

McKenzie is annoying as hell still though. Whiny and insufferable.

I hope she is actually fired for good or she will hurry up and "do a Mandy" so her character can strawberry float off and be replaced by Bradley Whitford or something.

Having an interesting arc in Genoa definitely helped too.

Yeah, it's been a good series. They just need to get rid of Maggie

This returns on Sunday for its 3rd and final 6 episode season. - looks like it's been delayed to "Fall"

Same, actually enjoyed it, nowhere near West Wing class but still good.

Monkey Man, are you sure this starts on Sunday? Can't find anything about it.

I had no idea this was even returning. Happy though. Season two started with an absolute stinker but was great from there on

I'm not sure it is back today, it says on the official website that it returns 'Fall 2014'.

Yep, it's been delayed. False alarm everyone.

Just started watching the first series and just finished the third episode. Great to see Jeff Daniels given this kind of platform plus Sam Waterston as his boss is brilliant :D

Enjoyed what I've seen so far but kinda disappointed that there's only going to be 3 series, though maybe it's the kinda show that only needs that amount?

Good return. Think it's going to be tricky to get through the 2 new back stories whilst having a main weekly story in only 5 eps. Still slightly too "aren't we moral" but that was hidden ok by them being extra careful by the events of previous seasons.

Really enjoyed it, but totally agree. Can't see how they're going to get through everything in 5 episodes.

Why did this show have to get really good after everyone abandoned it after season 1?

:(

3x01 wasn't preachy and had the characters reacting logically after the events of season 2.

3x02 reminded me of the MS coverup arc from the West Wing. :datass:

Sloane and Don.

Season 2 was absolutely fantastic television I thought.

The Genoa story arc was completely gripping.
