Looks like Chainsaw Man is getting the Bomb Girl arc turned into a movie. I had a feeling this was going to happen and I'm torn; on one hand it is deserving of a high quality adaptation but on the other it means even longer for season 2.

This trend of turning shorter arcs into a movie is beginning to get annoying. Damn Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen!

A remake of the One Piece anime is something I've wanted for years now. The early episodes of the anime are relatively low budget (static backgrounds) and then by the time you get a few hundred episodes in the pacing gets ridiculously slow.

A 4k remake with the budget and no issues of the remake anime catching up to the manga is going to be great.

Reminds me of the Fullmetal Alchemist anime then getting effectively phased out by Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

That arc is my favourite even if it also introduced an incredibly annoying character; still, Vamola/Bamora and the Buddha Gundam more than makes up for his addition.

I loved the series before Vamola was introduced, but boy oh boy did the quality kick up yet another gear the moment our sweet alien girl with the Kaiju mech appeared.

RIP animators in a couple of years time amirite?
