I don't think Mane would consider Salah his bestie

I think Salah may be one of the reasons Mane has decided to go if honest.

Mane should stay and Salah should go in my opinion.

Imagine Bayern's face when Salah turns up instead of Mane

It's our wage structure that is the reason, Same with Mo.

Mané wanted just shy of 400k a week to stay for 3 seasons. But, It shouldn't have even gotten to this stage tbh, He was on less than bloody Oxlade!

Might have been a bit of a stretch, my bad. Mané was on 180k a week.

Only in line with inflation and the net spend logarithm.

Doesn't sound like he was.

I suspect Liverpool knew about the Bayern offer, knew they'd get nowhere near it and so, given his age, accepted it was the time to cash in and move on.

I imagine they will have offered something, but obviously never going to touch Bayerns offer.

Wish him all the best Sadio

Taki is off to Monaco too for £15 million. Sad to see him leave.

Welcome to our club record transfer signing Taiwo Awoniyi. Reported to be c. £17m from Union Berlin in the Bundesliga. 5th highest scorer in that division last year with 15 league goals in 31 games.

Seems to be similar to Keinan Davis but scores more. Looks a beast too. Dean Henderson loan tbc soon too.

Let's hope this guy is right: https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/1 ... ham-forest

  In fairness it was that sunny around Islington today! I want to say that's Ben White from the tats...

I'm excited about this, there was a massive hole right at the sharp end of this team and this looks like another good purchase by Arteta and Edu. Will be interesting to see how they do clearing out the likes of Pepe and AMN to generate some funds - I feel they're going to struggle a bit more there.

On paper at least, right now, Arsenal have a better team than Manu...
