About time. Ridiculous how far behind other countries England has dropped in youth development.

Because the excuses I've seen some fans come up regarding Hazard have been hilarious and they wouldn't know what to do with themselves. Only going for the money, hasn't done anything, not even that good, too much of an ego on him for United.
