SAF said he thought the gesture was disrespectful to Rovers, IIRC.

I think it would be good just to have Rafa back in the Prem

I put a tenner on Rafa being the next boss at 12/1 the other day, 6/1 now with the Bookies I used, and as low as 9/2 elsewhere.

There's no denying it would appear a step backwards, but it'd be interesting to see how he'd manage without all the behind the scenes politics he had with H&G.

He's not my first pic, but if it's out of him and Martinez, I'll have Rafa, thanks.

EDIT: Bizarrely, the odds for Brendan Rodgers to be the next boss have shortened quite a bit overnight..

Is anyone else up there with AVB, Rafa & Martinez?

So, non-Chelsea fans of the forum, who are you going to be supporting this evening?

I normally never want other English teams to do well in anything, but I can't shake the feeling that I'm going to end up cheering on Chelsea :?

One of my best mates is a Chelsea fan, but I've always had a soft spot for Bayern since 99

He declined coming around to watch so I'll be supporting Bayern - Plus I'd like to see what Roman does in terms of failing to get into the CL and watching Chelsea outspend him

The whole last CL spot has certainly added a bit of spice to proceedings for me.

Usually I would always support the english club, so think I can be forgiven for wanting a Chelsea loss tonight.

This 4th spot qualification rule distracts too much from the main reason to win this champions league final.

Financially for the club qualifying for next years competition seems more important that winning it...

And I want Chelsea to loose because of it. Otherwise I would prefer them to win.

IMO 4th spot and the winner should both qualify for next years competition.

Yeah, the way Champions League qualification was almost a given every season was terrible, wasn't it?

I sort of want Chelsea to win, but I think I'd enjoy watching Spurs in the CL more next year...

I want Chelsea to win tonight because

a) I have money on them

b) I like all English teams to do well in Europe

But it doesn't help that John Terry is a banana split.

It should be an obvious one (shoot the Chelsea scum and all that), but then 1975, cheating banana splits...

Bayern for sure. Never been a fan of Chelsea at all, and there's zero chance I'd support a team with Terry, Lampard, Cole and Drogba in it. I've always had a soft spot for German teams anyway.

Yeah, the whole taking Spurs CL spot if Chelsea win has kind of put a dampener on the whole thing for me.

I'd usually be cheering on the English team in the final regardless of who it is (I even went mad when Liverpool came back against Milan) but I don't want Spurs to lose their CL spot that they have earned.
