There is absolutely nothing wrong with what he said. Words fail me, when I see the amount of fools who are actually on Patrice Evra's side, the banana split that he is.

Go on with what?

There was no concrete evidence, fellow South Americans backed up Suarez (including Utd players such as Chicharito, Valencia), Evra is known to be a banana split. It's all quite obvious that the whole situation was a complete joke.

Meanwhile John Terry continues to get away with his racist actions, despite actually being from England and aiming his racism at a fellow Englishman. So much for kicking racism out of football...

I'm still here because I haven't done anything wrong, you fool. Sorry for not being brainwashed by Fergie's anti Suarez campaign like most other idiots.

Why?

Last 4 seasons at Wigan:
2009: Finished 11th (Last season of Steve Bruce)
2010: 16th
2011: 16th
2012: 15th

He's flavour of the month, I'm afraid. This time last year Owen Coyle would have been on the 'shortlist', and noone is clamouring for his name now.

Wigan are not as good as Liverpool though so those stats aren't relevant.

What? I compared Wigan pre-Martinez, to Wigan Martinez. So of course they're relevant  .

this post is so wrong that i have to question your grasp on reality. you clearly didn't read the lengthy and detailed fa report which concluded that evra had been racially abused by suarez. perhaps it's better to not comment on such matters if you're unwilling to actually look into it objectively.

and what the strawberry float has john terry got to do with anything. he hasn't even gone to trial yet so i'm not sure how he's gotten away with anything yet.

edit:- by the way, i'm a liverpool fan

Said this before, what do people expect Wigan to be doing? Martinez isn't a miracle worker and going to get them to challenge for Europe or something. They a small club, who under Martinez have been selling all their major assets like N'Zogbia, Palacios, Valencia, Cattermole and a few more I haven't mentioned. Wigan can't even fill their stadium everyweek.

And have a look at the players Bruce had under him and look at the players Martinez had.

If there was any proper evidence, surely the Police/CPS would have taken it to trial?

Surely pre-Martinez Wigan spent a lot more than post-Bruce Wigan have? And he didn't have players like Rodallega and Valencia to work with either. Yeah he's always been in a relegation fight, but being able to get the most out of players when your backs are against the wall isn't a horrible trait for a manager to have. Liverpool have a better squad than Wigan, I think he should be able to do better both home and away than Dalglish had.

Plus being a Spanish speaker might keep Suarez at the club at this rate. Don't understand why you don't give him even a first chance.

Everyone always talks about how he managed to 'save Wigan' and 'the great escape' and all that.

How did they get into those positions in the first place?

He's flavour of the month, just like Coyle, and just like Hodgson.

Terry has also got a case of being racist, which is why I brought him into my post, in fact his is much worse as there is actually evidence. In the mean time, Suarez gets an unjust 8 game ban significantly derailing Liverpool's top 4 push alongside the injury of Lucas, whereas Terry gets a European Cup and FA Cup in the process.

Yes the FA report did conclude that Suarez was racist which is why I'm criticising Fergie's cronies. There was no evidence to allow that conclusion to be acceptable, but hey, they were always going to be on Utd's side, it's the FA.

Read the truth here. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/may/25/luis-suarez-liverpool-patrice-evra?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+theguardian%2Ffootball%2Frss+%28Football%29

that's not the way it works. the fa deal with complaints that players make to the match officials.

the difference with the terry case is that the complaint came from a member of the public. at that point it's a public order offence.

Wigan are a lower table club who survived relegation by a single goal only two years before Martinez took over, is how.

And Bolton have been very unlucky with key injuries this season, they should bounce back much more easily than either of the other two relegated clubs.
