Right;
1. First thing's first. Suarez ADMITTED THAT HE USED THE WORD "NEGRO". This is indisputable, he admits it himself, check absolutely everything to do with the case he has never denied it. How you can even say that Evra is a liar when SUAREZ HIMSELF HAS ADMITTED HE HAS USED THE LANGUAGE is utterly ridiculous.
2. It is not one man's word against the other, do us a favour and actually check the report. Suarez's own legal team ADMITS that it's not one man's word against an other.
3. Liverpool's story kept on changing, Evra's did not. This is all spelt out in the report, read it yourself. How this makes Evra the liar when Liverpool/Suarez were the one's who kept changing their story is utterly beyond me.
4. Yes, Evra said Suarez wasn't a racist, but he wasn't charged with being a racist, he was charged with using racist language, different thing altogether.
5. Doesn't matter that it is "ok" to use that term in his country. Different culture, different rules. It's not acceptable to use it here. Tough gooseberry fool.
6. Liverpool didn't appeal, this should say quite alot. If the evidence was so awful and horrendous and everyone was so corrupt. Surely an appeal to a different panel would have cleared him?
7. Terry is a different matter altogether, if the FA charge him now with the criminal case pending they will be held in contempt of court. They will deal with him after the trial is finished (providing he is found guilty).
1. I know he has used the word, but at the same time fellow South Americans have supported him, as I say for the 3rd time. He at the time (and still now) speaks little English and would have been unaware of the meaning of the word in England.
2. It doesn't matter if it's not one mans word, it's true that he did say it, but did not know of the consequences in saying it.
3. Liverpool's story kept changing, Suarez's didn't. Evra is a cretin.
4/5. In that case the punishment was even more ridiculous than I'd previously thought. So the FA knew he wasn't being racist yet still charged him?
6. Liverpool didn't appeal because it's clear that the FA will always back anything to do with Man Utd and doing so would be pointless. Their American owners also wouldn't have liked the anti Liverpool image that the 'Fergie' media was creating which is completely understandable.
7. I'm not saying Terry has anything to do with the Suarez case. Simply using it as an example of the double standards in this country and I'll guarantee now that nothing will come of the case, despite of the video evidence clearly showing the truth.
Preezy, piss off.
