1. I know he has used the word, but at the same time fellow South Americans have supported him, as I say for the 3rd time. He at the time (and still now) speaks little English and would have been unaware of the meaning of the word in England.

4/5. In that case the punishment was even more ridiculous than I'd previously thought. So the FA knew he wasn't being racist yet still charged him?

6. Liverpool didn't appeal because it's clear that the FA will always back anything to do with Man Utd and doing so would be pointless. Their American owners also wouldn't have liked the anti Liverpool image that the 'Fergie' media was creating which is completely understandable.

7. I'm not saying Terry has anything to do with the Suarez case. Simply using it as an example of the double standards in this country and I'll guarantee now that nothing will come of the case, despite of the video evidence clearly showing the truth.

i literally responded to an earlier post you made, point by point, and you completely ignored giving any sort of rebuttal. the audacity to claim that you have proven anything "false" whilst completely ignoring posts which challenge your position is outstanding.

I'm not bothered about evidence as it's clear Suarez did say what has been claimed although if Evra didn't deem it to be racist, why would he have reported it? Cause he's a banana split, that's why. If I could be bothered too, I would post the video of him using the same offensive word from youtube, but I can't.

It's nice that you're claiming that Suarez lost all support from South Americans at one point. Obviously the Man Utd players aren't going to continiously support him as it's none of their business and Evra is probably their friend off the pitch. They had already defended him originally and there wasn't a need for them to continue to do so. I recall the likes of Poyet/Uruguyan national (can't remember his name) continuing to support Suarez up until the decision and then afterwards it was pointless continuing their support after Liverpool had decided not to appeal.

It was Liverpool changing their story not Suarez, hardly his fault.

If you aren't racist and still commit racist acts, I do find that difficult to grasp, yes? I do understand what you're getting at in the sense that he did say something considered to be racist here, but as I've already said, he was undoubtedly unaware of that and should have been given a warning, not banned for 8 games as he was.

Everyone always talks about how he managed to 'save Wigan' and 'the great escape' and all that.

How did they get into those positions in the first place?

Because they often have to sell their best players to balance the books and he's constantly had to operate under very stringent financial restrictions.

It's clear he's happened across a system now that works very well for the team he has. If he can transfer that to a bigger team with more money to spend, who's to say he couldn't recreate Wigan's late season results across an entire season? I'm not saying he will, but he's earned a shot at guiding a bigger side.

What I can't understand, and I assume dissenting Liverpool fans feel the same is why Liverpool at this time?
They've just got rid of staff on the basis that they spent too much, and didn't achieve. Whoever comes in has to get results. There's no room for error. I don't understand why they would then appoint someone who is unproven with that kind of squad. It's a big gamble.
