Background

Eurogamer wrote:Ubisoft today disseminated a press release among news outlets announcing that Julian Gerighty - the creative director of next year's eagerly anticipated Star Wars Outlaws - has been appointed new executive producer of its Tom Clancy's The Division brand.

Eurogamer wrote:...this would include The Division 3, now in development at series regulars Massive Entertainment, which is currently said to be "actively building a team for the game". That does, of course, suggest we're still in the very early stages of its creation...

It wasn't my fault, I can't remember why. I'd be more than happy to go through 2 fully with you before this comes out.

Oh damn, I spent so many hours on Division 2 playing solo. Almost makes me want to download it again and give it a blast.

I loved The Division.

I preferred the first one though and I loved the snow settings.

I'll keep an eye on this one and it should be good.

Ubisoft has cancelled The Division: Heartland. The game has been in development for consoles and PC since 2021. Apparently their XDefiant and Rainbow Six games offer "bigger opportunities". Source: Eurogamer

It was the free-to-play one they'd been talking about for a while. I was never that interested in it to be honest.

I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to deal with Division 3 though.
Ubisoft are a scummy as strawberry float company and I don't really want to give them anymore of my money.

This series always has great graphics so could be a really good showcase for next-gen.
It'll be interesting to see how close those machines can get to the maxed pc version.

I assume they'll make a current gen version so we can see what we're getting for upgrading.
