Ludicrous concepts…like the whole idea of a "war on terrorism". You can wage war against another country, or on a national group within your own country, but you can't wage war on an abstract noun. How do you know when you've won? When you've got it removed from the Oxford English Dictionary?

Veteran voice actor Brice Armstrong, notable for his roles as the narrator in Dragon Ball and Captain Ginyu in Z, has passed away at the age of 84.

Not familiar with him or his work but fair play the guy had an awesome name.

Helicopters and light aeroplanes seem to be a deathtrap for the wealthy.

You think of the amount of major names that have tragically died in helicopter crashes in recent years (like Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and rally driver Colin McRae to name but two) and those things are just so dangerous. And the reason is simple: there’s no back-up plan if the rotor fails. If an engine fails on a plane it can still fly.

Yet Noel Edmonds lives. There’s no justice.
