I absolutely adored The Walking Dead, but I have to say I like this more than I did TWD's first episode. I finished Beyond earlier today, and it's ridiculous how much better Telltale are at this sort of thing in every way that counts. I've never read the comics, but I love the characters here. Naturally they're all voiced brilliantly too.

The music is amazing too. The whole package just feels perfectly pitched, and I can't wait for the next episode.

Demo was pretty good, but found the use of strawberry float a bit overdone.

I've ordered the volume 1 hardback. Haven't had time to play this episode yet.

I've had the first two paperbacks for years (bought off someone here) and never got around to them till lately. It's really good. You can see the influence it had on a lot of the modern fairytale TV stuff.

This'll be my next game after GTA V. My interest is solely based in how marvellous TWD was. I don't even know what Fables is. :shifty:

Played through the first episode last night and I echo pretty much everything Mogster said. The end :shock:

I take it they are aiming for monthly releases with this like they did with The Walking Dead?

Played trial and absolutely loved it.

Before I buy the season DLC , will this be out on Next gen consoles?

I hope so, fully intend on picking it up for PS4. They do seem to release their games on every format possible eventually, so it's pretty likely.

Does anyone know if the 360 version of this suffers from the split second stutter/flicker that the PS3 version does?

Just finished the first episode, really enjoyed it! Hadn't heard of the series before this, definitely going to give the comics a shot while we wait for the second ep to arrive. The comics wouldn't spoil the game in any way, would they?

Got this for £9 the other day and just completed the first episode in one sitting. Absolutely loved it. :wub:

It's got a great noir atmosphere and the cel shading looks incredible.

-Gave money to Faith
-Defended Snow to Crane
- Saw Toad before Lawrence
- Lawrence died. If I had seen him first would he have lived?

Incidentally, did anybody manage to get the info out of Toad without hitting him? I couldn't figure out any other option.

I called him out on moving the broken lamp and that worked. I don't think the murderer has appeared yet but if he has I'm saying it's Ichabod Crane. He has experience dealing with decapitated people.

Have they actually announced a release date for episode 2 yet?

I still haven't started this. Hoping to as soon as I finish The walking dead.

All they've said on twitter is to expect TWD2 before the next episode of this. That starts this month sometime so if that is this week we may see episode 2 of Wolf before they all bugger off for christmas.

They haven't timed it too well.
