Street Fighter 6 | PS/XB/PC | Out now

I'd love the hori official Street Fighter 6 fighting stick but at £200..... It's a bit out of my price range.

That's kind of what it has to cost sadly. If you look at the cost of proper seimitsu or sanwa buttons plus a JLF, then the enclosure, then the wiring, and then the cost of console licensing you can see why it costs that.

If you just want to dip your toes in, there's the Hori Fighting Stick Mini. It's not as good as a full size stick - and mine broke completely after a few years usage - but it's OK while it lasts and it's only £40.

I can't play them anymore but when I could, I actually preferred playing fighters using a standard controller (held in the 'claw' grip) rather than a fighting stick, never got on with them for some reason.

I was a bit cold on the beta but I’m 100% in after playing the demo. I’ll test out the PC version tomorrow to make sure they haven’t strawberry floated it up before deciding on a platform though. I’ve been burned so many times in the last two years by stuttering PC ports that I’m taking nothing for granted. The PS5 version is perfect, so at least I’ll definitely end up with a version I’ll enjoy no matter how the PC version turns out.

Demo is out on other platforms today.

Tried the demo with zero exposure to previews going in.

They put a yakuza city in my street fighter game, was not expecting THAT.

Can't say I liked the modern controls either but every new fighting game comes to try and confuse me.

I think I'll stick with V for now, still trying to get my head around all that they added to that. I'm getting too old for new bells and whistles.

What characters is everyone looking forward to?

I really like the look of Marisa and already know I like Kimberly from the Beta

Cannot wait, base game and season pass bought. Excited to get into the single player game.
