Just caught episode 5 of this last night. Poor sammy, hope he doesn't end up killing that c-unit of an ex and end up paying the price.

Started S5 last night and watches eps1&2

Great stuff as always, would be good to see some more significant story arcs.

Didn't see what that bit added to the show to be honest, can't remember that character being mentioned before or any suggestion of what he did. To tell that story and ditch it in the space of an episode was pretty meh to me.

Not really sure what they're doing to Sherman either, seems to be a bit of a dick lately.

He was mentioned before, back in an earlier season. I thought it added a lot to the story, considering he was looking after the older cop, the father he never had etc

It was all in the third season, ep 3 or 4 iirc.

That was a bloody incredible episode. Really strawberry floating heavy at times. Some of those scenes, goddamn! Seeing the watch commander break down like that was tough going.

Sherman is now 100% a banana split. No turning back. Great character arc.

The Shaq cameo was odd and random but hilarious. :lol:

It was nice to see Russell again, too, if only briefly. Hopefully he'll be in another episode.

I hope to strawberry float this gets renewed.

Another excellent episode, it's not looking good for renewal with 3 out of the 4 main characters signed up for pilots but hope for the best.

. Just completely out of nowhere. I didn't realise it was only 2 episodes left. That's a shame as it's the best thing on TV at the moment (that I watch).

Completely forgot about Russell. It's been a while since I saw the older series, so I will get them to rewatch soon.

Another +1 for god damn how good is this show. Amazing acting in that episode in particular.
