Err, no. You don't say "PS3 owners can transfer their progress" because that pushes 360 owners to an Xbox One instead of a PS4.

Or it is Sony telling previous 360 owners who own a ps4 that they can transfer their player. Which is a lot of people.

You may not like it but people have been asking for TLoU and GTA V to be ported over to new gen.
