There's a billion word processing programs that do that  Although being able to write on a pc with no possibility for distraction makes sense

It's a breakdown of S04E02, but I'm posting it here due to some mild allusions to future book events.

I just about lost it when Cersei started singing 'Let it Go' in her head, with Tommen singing 'I Just Can't Wait to be King'.

4x07/Storm of Swords/Feast for Crows-

Cutting out the "Only Cat" line annoyed me greatly, that's one of my favourite scenes from the book. I'm guessing the Lady Stoneheart reveal is now the same scene as Brienne getting hanged.
Didn't like Melisandre hinting that Shireen is going to die either. That sounds like book 6 spoilers to me.
Did like that Bronn's adventures as Lord Stokeworth are apparently back on the table. :datass: I guess baby Tyrion is going to be Bronn's actual son then.

I agree on that. Also wish they'd kept Lyssa's revelation for this scene as well. And i love the fact that he blames Marillion who isn't in the scene and hasn't tried it on with Sansa.

They ruined my favorite part in the book

Littlefinger Moondoor scene was much better in the book!

Apparent list of characters they're casting for season 5 of Game of Thrones:

Prince Doran Martell – Doran is described as the major new player this year, appearing in multiple episodes. The fiftysomething prince uses a wheelchair, is reclusive and rules wisely. It appears the show is looking to continue the trend it started with Pedro Pascal, and cast Latino actors for the Martell clan.

Prince Trystane Martell – Trystane, the handsome fiance of Princess Myrcella, is being aged up to 18.

Areo Hotah - Doran’s personal bodyguard will appear throughout the season, assisting the prince with his duties. The show is particularly looking for a black actor to fill the role.

The Sand Snakes, Oberyn Martell’s bastard daughters (with ages ranging 18-25):

Obara Sand – The eldest and most athletic Sand Snake will be having a major fight scene with a series regular character- not one who crosses her path in the books. This is an interesting change.

Nymeria Sand – Nymeria is described as “mixed race,” with her father being the fairer Oberyn and her mother being darker skinned. The second oldest of these Sand Snakes, she’s beautiful, emotional and very strong.

Tyene Sand - The youngest of the Sand Snakes that we meet uses her wits and seductive powers, and is less of a physical fighter than the other Sand Snakes. She is just as deadly as her sisters, however, but her weapon is poison.

High Sparrow - The books’ pious head of a religious movement will be appearing in several episodes in season 5.

Septa Unella – The show is looking for a character actress to play the imposing and unrelenting septa who spends a lot of time with a major series character next year.

Maggy the Frog- A fortune teller in A Feast for Crows, she’ll be in one episode next year.

Lollys Stokeworth – Just last week in “Mockingbird,” Bronn announced his intention to marry Lollys, whom Tyrion considers “dimwitted.” It looks like the sellsword will still be around next year.

Yezzan - A sleazy Meereenese slave owner.

The Waif – The strange child from the books that Arya encounters will likely be played by an older actress, one in her later teens, and we understand the show is specifically looking for a woman of East Asian descent for the part.

Be interesting what non readers make of the Season 5.

The absence of Tyrion, especially.

It won't happen. They'll be recombining AFFC/ADWD together like they should have been released in the first place.

No strawberry floating way. They better write him in and ignore the books.

N.b. this was the true reaction from me a non reader.

Don't be daft, Denster.

They'll put the events in the right order for the TV series. It wouldn't work well if it follow the books exactly.

Areo Hotah should be played by the actor who was the gladiator trainer in Spartacus: Blood and Sand .

Possibly.

His lack of action and introspection will do for them anyway.
Admit i forgot how well they've adapted the timelines. :fp:

Just thinking (all book spoilers)

The show is more or less up to date with Sansa and Littlefinger, I guess they are going to have to start making things up. Maybe that's where the whole Robert touring the Vale comes into it.

Literal fist pump at this point

Continuing the spoilers:

It's gonna be epic. Don't particularly want it to happen as I think Charles Dance is ridiculously good. It'll be an awesome moment for those who think Tyrion's fate is set!

My missus is pissed off that they keep killing off her favourites (she loved the Red Viper). It's going to be awesome when she realises that Tyrion lives as it will give her hope, just before Tywin gets it!

I started the first book again in a determined effort to read the whole lot fairly quickly and get on to the tv show, then I got to strawberry floating Bran and ten strawberry floating pages of him on his little strawberry floating horse being worried about everything. It's taken me a week to read that bloody chapter :x

I enjoy that as well. They all love the hound segments  I am dreading Dance going, he is a great character.

I think the next season is going to struggle to be as good.I can't remember anything interesting happening after all this.
