Yeah i know what you mean and this really does annoy some members here sometimes.
But to be fair I have managed to have some normal conversations on the apps and made about 2 friends who willing to hang out for a coffee. They also have not spoken about dirty stuff...so really some people are only after chats and friends. So its not all what people say.
Now POF is different. It was good to see what kind of attention my profile attracted. Because before that I never knew what other people thought of me. Also I have managed to talk to 1 or 2 people on there and the conversations are really general. It just feels good to talk to other guys about stuff which could lead to friendship.
Although there are down sides which are things like rejection.

You guys were right about my crush not being into me. The guy that I know in real life. But I was given advice to speak to him about it directly to find out for sure. Yeah it sucks to be rejected but i feel good that i know for sure and can move on lol.

Well I won't include any head shots in my photos if i do take some. So no one can track it back to me. Yes this guy has pics of my face but he can't relate that to headless shots...so i should be safe.

I am safe here. Because i took a screenshot of the photos off my phone whilst the actual photo was on display.
But i stupidly sent a picture of myself in my work clothes once. Its not got the logo showing...but the colour scheme of my clothes could give the company away if say another employee if this company sees it. O gooseberry fool but it wasn't a rude picture, just of me at work.
Do you think its okay? to send a headless dirty pic. I doubt this guy would go around linking the headless pic to a pic of me at work...paranoid here.

The way I see it with sending pics is this;

When I was on PoF and a girl would send me dirty pics, all I'd think is 'wahey I'm in, gonna get some'. It's the ones that don't send you dirty pics that you want to go after if you want more than just a lay.

Good to hear girls do it too. So its not just a gay guy thing lol. Tbh I don't think I am patient enough to find a relationship right now. I just want a lay really. Never know though could turn into a good friendship.
