So, holy gooseberry fool, the best looking girl I've ever seen checked into the hostel last night. She's strawberry floating. Unbelievable. Even better, we were getting on really well last night and she seemed to be whereever I found myself (rather than the other way around). Some mild flirting and for some reason she seems really bashful/nervous around me.

Best part: she's looking for work. I've arranged with my friend who's running the place that we "keep her" and offer her a job helping me do my work around the place.

Tentative good vibes.

Girl at work just came back from South Africa safari trip. She said the adult male giraffes were basically gay raping the juvenile males. It's a thing, apparently, and left her a bit distressed :lol:
