Now I won't be fighting any sort of sex fiend label but I'm certainly not unfaithful!

hint: you're not her boyfriend until she tells you that her friends want to meet you, and her friends think you are handsome, and she introduces you to them as her boyfriend

edit: also not until you've put your peen in her

Going to a Warner Hotels place in Hayling Island. Went to Butlins for first and played at being kids, figured we would be grown ups this time.

That's only about 15-20 minutes from me and the GF's nan lives in Hayling Island. Nice place, although too close to be considered a holiday trip. What sort of stuff are you planning on getting up to? Apart from the obvious. ;)

Mainly just relaxing and being lazy, not really sure what is about so will look it all up nearer the time. Its only about 2 hours from home for us as we live in Hastings but figured it would be nice to get away for a few days, we don't have the money for a big holiday this year so figured this would be a nice alternative.

I've met someone online and we fit pretty much perfectly except that she's maybe a little bit young (I'm 25 and she is 19). If you'd told me I'd meet someone online I'd have scoffed and said no chance, but I'm making the exception because she is way out of my league otherwise and I've never had such a complete instant connection with someone before. She is moving to where I am soon as well. I already know for a fact that this isn't a Catfish situation, having talked to her on Skype, now I'm just praying she doesn't have a secret penis. Please God, let her have a vagina.

Anyone else had a successful relationship from meeting someone online before? Or am I potentially building on unsteady foundations?

I guess it depends on what website you met her on. :dread:

I met my missus online and we have been together for over 7 years now. I guess that counts as successful. ;)

Ive thought about trying to use one of them online hookup things but I have no idea how to do it. I dont think Ive made an effort to have a 'girlfriend' since I was like 17.

I cant imagine any of my techniques would work on proper 'relationship' women. Thinking about it, I probably dont want to get into a proper long term thing with any of the women I lure in with my tricks

Seems fair, I would imagine people you get with your tactics would be like minded and after the same thing so would probably need to change methods.

Yeah. The sort of ladies with loose morals who fall into my trap arent really long term prospects.

Yeah I could see them getting dull very quickly.

You have been mentioning relationships more often recently, you thinking of settling?

Not really. Im getting a little bored of the chase, I guess.

I think especially after last night with a days worth of effort and no payoff sort of drains the will from you.

From what you have said in the past it sounds like a crazy amount of work.

Should go for a short term thing a few months or something as its not totally comitted but is a step back.

It's just another forum I go (very geeky, my street cred is low enough, so I'm not going to go into specifics). It wasn't just that particular topic we clicked on though, she's like me in woman form, albeit slimmer and much prettier. It's possible we click too much, although she has already admitted that she doesn't like Die Hard which nearly made me put my fist through the monitor, so perhaps there is enough difference. Meeting her next week anyway, hope it does well. It'll be a 'Quick to GRcade' moment when I've finally got to see her naked.

7 years definitely counts as a successful relationship, so I'm reassured.

Mine prefers Die Hard 3 and I allow that as you have to make compromises in relationships.

If she ever says Die Hard 2 is better though....

Die Hard doesnt bother me so much, its certainly not a dealbreaker.

If she ever dares speak of Emma in anything other than tones of admiration Id broom her.

Girl I met online is 24, I'm 31 :shifty: nobody will give a gooseberry fool about the age when you get into your 40/50's we are going out tonight, to say I'm a bit nervous is an understatement. :dread:
