So my internet has stopped working on my PS3. Opens up buuuuuuut then says it has no memory when it clearly has

Tried checking your network settings and performing a test ? While the Broswer is open try clearing the cache?

Also make sure you dont have a million windows open. I remember my PSP use to do that.
