You'll love it. I did the same thing with volcanic mud at a hot spring in Japan once, and it felt fantastic.
That said, the minerals in the Dead Sea are something else. My skin feels incredible right now. Even floating in the water felt like bathing in high-end skincare products. We saw several people heading home with bottles and buckets of mud they'd dug up themselves, rather than paying absurd prices to buy it from Ahava. I was tempted to do the same.
