When he river raised I knew I was behind but at such low stakes I wanted to know what he'd played in such a weird way. Did not expect him to show what he showed :|

Ah, the fishing check move. I did that a lot when I have a full house or three of a kinds.

Of course it could backfire on him horribly if you have two pairs or even a three of a kind.

Yeah, i think if you raise when the A turns, he'll probably more likely to fold. But then he may not just in case the final card could be a Queen, and transform his pairs into a straight. Hmm.

Just a really weird play with that board texture. Ah well. Sat down to play micro with $1.50 and up to $13 or so  Shall keep playing in the background.

Just got knocked out - blind on blond shove - I have A-8, obviously he has Aces. :(

I can't tell you how frustrating this whole experience has been. I cannot believe every single time I played one of those 33 euro sats I ended up in a ridic flip or unfairly dominated every single time. Prior to that Aces hand, I had a big stack - but lost Flush Draw to Top Pair, then A-8 got cracked by 5-6, then A-9 cracked by Q-5. The biggest whale in the history of poker, and I miss it because I've run so awfully.

I'm playing tomorrow. Just been reading up on today's Day2 and there were lots more direct buy-ins than expected, so 319 entrants altogether and likely more than that tomorrow.

There isn't a proper live stream anywhere (until final table), but this link has regular updates: http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=61299.0

Tony G and Michael Mizrachi got knocked out, so they'll be back tomorrow. Devilfish was there but didn't play so he'll also be in tomorrow.

They have these weird inflatable igloos which the poker is played inside in case it rains, but looks quite cool at night with the floodlights on.
