Tuesday evenings from 14th August onwards. Should be online by Wednesday afternoons which means the return of World Series Wednesdays™. :datass:

You still in? How's it going? From that post, it sounds like you're doing/did better than I did last time already.

He's posting updates via Twitter. Perhaps I should add a Twitter handle section to the OP. Would be handy for the Goliath.

Out in 10th. Got a double up and grinded to get to 20k. Pushed all-in with Q-Q over a 7k raise, got called by 5-5, and theres a five on the flop. So so so so sick. Even sicker, I've had the exact same spot/hands/placing before in an area final. It was Gail btw Jack which makes it a lot more painful. You know is she raises to 4/5k she'll fold, but its only because shes made a donkey raise she feels obligated to call.

Yeah that sounds pretty sick, how much more was the all-in call for her? How was the rest of the day? I really should start checking Twitter. Following you would help, too.

I wouldn't have been surprised if she called you with Q-2 there and won.

It was 13k for her to call. So she could argue she was priced in there, but theres only the like of A-K and A-Q I am shoving over a UTG 7k raise when all but two players at the table are short stacked. If it had held I would have been 3rd in chips. I tried to be loads more patient today, and spent two hours with five blinds or less. Finally struck - and got boned. Should have four final tables to my name, and I only have two because of donks. :x

It was won by Hazel - a player I have never met but who I saw today and was awful. She was heads up with Jesus who was immense card-rackery all day and knocked out about eight people and had shitloads of chips. Gail finished 3rd (probably my bastard third I'll add), Lewis fourth and Woody fifth. John Murray was in control but lost with Aces twice to bust in ninth, both times Lewis outdrawing him with K-2 and K-5 (priced in) respectively.

I registered for 6 as it fits nicely on my screen. Only got two left now though and not registering for more as I don't want to be up too late (unless it's a deep run in the red spade).

Woody final-tables but doesn't win it again.

I think I know who Hazel is and she is so, so bad.

Our table got split so no pro bounty yet. He was playing really tight anyway so there weren't any opportunities, except he did shove once with AK and I folded 83 which would have flopped 2-pair and knocked him out. :shifty:

Up to 18.2k anyway with average of 5.4k, so great start! :D

Edit: Managed to ruin that quite quickly.
Lost a big pot getting it in on flop against a fairly short stack with a royal flush draw vs his 2-pair, but he turned a full house and I went from 14 outs to 1 out.
Then got in a battle with A9 vs an obvious steal from the BTN, except he had AA. :fp:

Reason I didn't call was because I had a very big stack but there were already about 4 limpers in the pot, including people that had me covered and were donks that probably would have called too, so with 83 it's wasnt worth risking my tourney life to get it in as a big underdog against a pro who's folded every hand so far.
