Well my last two shoves have been KQ vs AK on a queen high board, and AA vs 64o on a clear board and I've managed to lose both so I'm feel really pretty tilted.

Obviously you two are going to have to fight to the death. It's only fair.

And in my current tournie, My pocket pair are ahead until the river where the board pairs Aces and Queens and his air suddenly turns into a king kicker which takes it over my 10s. I am running hot today.

You're both getting bad beats. Don't fight each other, FIGHT POKER.

Aaaaaand AJ loses to A10 to knock me out - 10 on the river. I think I may stop playing poker for today before I go clinically insane.

This bad beat talk got me thinking so I had a search to see what the worst beat I've ever taken was.

As in which tournie or which poker? I normally play sky. I may be taking a break after today.

Taking a break, if it's getting to you, is a good idea. In time you'll learn to handle bad beats though.

I'm normally quite good at taking bad beats because at the end of the day you know what you're getting when you play poker - it's just the 4 beats where it's not even been close to a coinflip within the space of an hour and a half that's really pissed me off

I'll have a night off and not think about poker Got uni poker tomorrow night which is normally decent and I run quite good in.

Still in but a real average stack after some impressive outdraws by others and me tangling with a stacked donk, but I've made the money now and its just about trying to go for the final table now.
