Raised 3x min preflop with A8 suited. Had one called. Hit the nuts flush and shoved. He had decided to call my initial raise with 63 off and hit a full house.

Really quite pissed off right now.

I'm sure there will be a few cheap B&Bs nearby if needed.

Pretty cool to think there could be 8-10 of there this year. My leave is already booked.

I know it's eight months away but if we're honestly looking at around ten people then folk would definitely need to look into finding a cheap place to stay for two nights (or more).

PPM
Me
Rex
Rocketman
Sat
Sykes
Dark Donk
Slayer
Nova
Luw
DML

That would be so sick.

Plenty of places to stay around Leam/Warwick, with a 10 minute rail journey to Coventry. Not sure about Coventry's it's self.

It's about a ~20 minute drive from the station to the Ricoh right? As long as there are enough drivers I reckon we'd be cool.

Maximum of six members per team though the team aspect isn't a big deal.

Just got back from the Phoenix - not a great start to the year!

There is ridiculous amounts of action which is great, but if you go card-dead it sucks like three times as bad! 80% of hands you are facing some kind of raise before it even gets to you, so you need something thats even slightly playable to continue. I didn't get anything bar K-Q for about seven blind levels!
