To be honest, I don't normally raise pre-flop with A 7 unless possibly if I'm shortstacked and it's suited... But if you have raised pre-flop and the action is always on you first with one other player active, I guess you need to continuation bet. Just unfortunate that the K came up on the river.

We should get a couple of pokerstars tables going for either play or real money with GR people if we can organise a time when people are around? :shifty:

Mini E: You might also want to check the GRSOP links in the OP to see what we've done before. Basically a small series of tournaments once a year, our version of the World Series if you like.

Cash games these days are pretty few and far between but if anyone wanted to take it upon themselves to organise a regular game I would most certainly be up for playing.

. After losing all in to DarkRitual with Trip aces, and currently bleeding chips on a random pokerstars table, I've realised I'm just not expecting to win hands at the moment. It's the first time I've really not been enjoying poker.

Last time I played poker I went all-in on a 7-2 (suited so its ok right) so I reckon I'd be up for a game this Sunday if I'm not busy.

Sunday tourney is set up. $3 + 0.30 buy-in @ 7.00PM.
