Just enjoyed a new experience in getting beaten by a player with the exact same hand but they hit a flush. Can't help but laugh a little.

I dodged an early exit when someone raised in EP with A9 and I shoved with A8, they fold.

Also, the guy who came 2nd gave me lots of walks and i'm surprised how strong some of his hands were that he folded. I also like how every time someone had a monster they 3bet or shove so it's an easy fold for me.

Really it was a very straight forward final table. They were all trying to fold their way to a better cash and I played quite cautious but stole when the situation seemed right.

strawberry floating hell.

Ady 'can't fold top pair' met his match tonight. There was this guy who re-raised on the flop to 12k over a 6k 3-bet, leaving just 2k behind.
He was called (which in itself is a WTF? moment) before the turn is dealt and the guy proceeds to bet 1.2k leaving 800 back. This is also called before he checks the river. :fp: Ady checks as well unbelievably and the guy does actually win with trip 6s, but geez!

Ady also managed to isolate a side pot on a Q-8-8-7-K board. Two players wete still active and one guy all in. The other guy folded leaving Ady to turn over....

6-4o. Leaving the All in player to turn over 5-2o for a split pot. :fp:

Also a Chinese woman was listening to her MP3 player loudly and unbeknowest to her was treating us all to her Chinese chants. UWOAHAWOAHOWWOWOOOA....

EDIT - Also I am so close to now being over £1000 in profit this year. After such a dreadful start to the year I'm going to put this down as quite the achievement. :D

Down to 18 in an MTT and I get it in pre with AA v TT. He makes quads and now I'm basically out.

And I'm out in 18th. Got it in pre with TT v AT but he flops the straight.
