Well that's irrelevant.

England, Portugal, Germany, Italy and some South American club teams (Santos etc.)

It's about an 8 minute match with no ET.

I only had national teams :shifty:

Choose Copa Libertadores from the main menu.

It's ok, but the players still feel like theres a rubber band around them, restricting their movement. The ball moves too fast along the floor too, however there are some areas it feels better than Fifa 12.

As long as they keep including D-Pad support they will never ever progress and its the so called diehard PES fans that play D-Pad only.

Played the demo earlier, really enjoyed it actually. It's not without its flaws, the way the players move isn't as fluid as Fifa and the tackling in particular felt archaic in comparison to the 'tactical defending' introduced in Fifa 12.

However it is a lot of fun, something which I'd struggle to say about Fifa these days (against the computer at least). I noticed that I was able to introduce a lot more variety to my style of play because the computer controlled team vary the way they play against you, I didn't score a single remotely similar goal. It also seemed far easier to get off decent shots from distance and I noticed that the AI made some really clever runs into space, the kind of space that usually in Fifa I'm wondering why the hell there's nobody there!

I'm not totally convinced yet but I was impressed with it and I'll definitley give the final game a go.

Just feels so robotic. Konami's animators read too much Gundam.

PES: Robots in Disguise

Not a fan. They need to just rip everything up and start again.

I have nothing against this game but in general I've 'hit the wall' with console football games now. I get bored of them within minutes - played one, played them all.

I used to love PES master league. I always played on 5 star difficulty, and I bought every edition from PES 2 onwards before finally winning the treble on PES 08. Was a dream stroy story too, I'm an Everton fan so obviously play as them, was against Barca in the Euro final, 2-0 down at half-time and come back to win 3-2, best thing is, Tony Hibbert scored the first goal to get on our way to a comeback. I'd got close in many previous games, but I'm one of those who will never reload their game and takes the first result, and I always seemed to get done over in cup finals or league deciders.

My point is, I've never got this invested in a fifa game, which I've been buying since 09 (that's where it got good and PES just seemed to regress in my eyes). I feel this may be due to the fact I've generally moved on from playing ganes singly and tend to only enjoy multiplayer games these days (where I've had so many amazing moments playing fifa), but I really want to feel as good as I did winning that treble on PES 4 years ago. I'm hoping it can recapture that magic.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to their next gen PES with the Fox Engine or whatever the hell they're calling it. Brand new engine should give them a chance to get rid of the same old shite.

Every time i touched the ball this sound effect it makes is depressing. Sounds like kicking a bag of potato.

i played this a few days ago on the pc of course with a dpad. I have to say i thought this was awful. It's very robotic , the movement is still not 360 and the skill set seems limited. The presentation is also still the same as it was about 6 years ago, it just looks very amateur.

I don't understand konami they just don't ever seem to progress and i cant see them getting ahead of fifa which has the perfect flow and movement for a football game. I use to love PES years ago but it really is a disaster now.

Seems you didn't deny anything else with my opinions though.
