Some cool stuff coming for Switch

Nintendo Switch visual improvements

A highly customised version of AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 2 (FSR 2), tailored specifically for No Man's Sky on Switch, now provides higher image quality for Switch players. This temporal upscaling technology has been combined with dynamic resolution scaling to offer not only a boost to visual quality, but also improved and smoother framerates.

... . I'm not sure if SoK has travelled back to the past or is predicting the arrival of the next update!

SoK doesn't seem to have been around on GR these past few months. Please would it be possible - if they are reading this! - for a mod to remove the "Switch release" bit from the title? It's almost a year out of date now  . Ta v much! .

Got this downloaded, so might give it a try this evening. What’s a good mode to start on if I just want to fly around and see various planets? Not sure how vital the actual story is to this game or not.

Tried to set up a custom setting that felt like it'd suit me, started playing and almost immediately didn't gel with this, might give it a little more time before completely saying no to it, probably try it on the fully creative mode where theres no damage and no cost to anything but first impressions were not great sadly!
