New Alien film out this year called Alien Romulus.

An Aliens and Star Trek crossover?
Please don't try and shoehorn in Picard :dread: .

Have the Lower Decks crew as that would be great.

Wicked looks okay, but I can't imagine it'll actually be any good. The fact that they're dragging a two and a half hour show out into two full-length movies has me concerned they'll be plucking more backstory from the books, which... :dread: The fact it was originally meant to release five years ago doesn't fill me with confidence, either  Feels like it's been in development forever.

The cast, though  Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum :datass: Even Ariana feels like a decent fit.

That Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes trailer looked….yeesh.

There is some seriously wonky CGI in there and the tone and dialogue. Yeh bit worried about that one.

The trailer for IF recreated one of the best pranks from The Office is pretty good.

They kinda jumped the shark a bit last time with the whole hollow earth thing, but nethertheless, i'm still up for this as it does look gloriously fun.

They've gone full camp silly fun. Multiple Godzilla designs, multiple big bads, and best of all, action scenes filmed in day light. Thanks to leaks I know what happens throughout the film and the final act is going to bloody epic.

Amazing time to be a Kaiju fan, a new golden age of monster action.

I can see it working. When I saw Wicked on stage for the first time I was pretty taken aback at the shift in tone after the intermission. The first half is basically a high school comedy drama ending with ‘defying gravity’ (which will be a strawberry floating immense ending to the first movie), and the second half is an (imo underdeveloped) flip side of Wizard of Oz. I’d really like to see the second half fleshed out with more of the WoO stuff for sure.

Plus Ariana Grande will nail it, she did a version of ‘Popular’ with Mika a while back and it was a banger.

About 10 years too late. It's what happens when you ask AI to make a trailer based guardians of the galaxy but with more CGI and probably going to be pg/13.

Always a good thing when you advertise your film from the producers of Venom and Uncharted.

Jack Black is great in everything though, so he will probably shine.

I think it will be very average, and like mentioned above about 10 years too late, but they have to be commended as they look like they have really kept faithful to the look of the game.

Also whilst she looks the part, it's not the same without Tiny Tina's original voice actress.

This initially wrapped filming in 2021 and the studio were still rewriting it and ordering reshoots last year so I'm not sure this has much chance of being any good.

I actually think the trailer's pretty good. Could have done with being released 3 or 4 years back when BL3 came out, but my hunch is it'll still do quite well.
