All that I found in the attic was a load of crates and a fireplace with burnt paper on it was family trees on, unfortunately the name were illegible. There was no missing person, either, so a waster trip really, apart from the bonding with my fellow explorers.

So, we made it back alive.

Before sharing the findings, does everyone agree that we should be openly discussing what we have seen at this point?

Unfortunate I missed the oppourtunity to walk around a secluded area at night, what a shame. Well I say it's time for another drink in the meantime.

We probably shouldn't tell everyone about the huge powerup Basil found. That might put a target on his back.

OK, so basement findings: 'a human-sized nest' with remains of a shirt with a label inside reads "Ali".

Secondly, there is some sort of panic room which two people can lock themselves in to, with a timelock which can be set for a maximum of 12 hours. It's clear that nobody could stay in the room for two nights in a row.

So, it looks to me like Ali Curdama is in the frame here, possibly murdered, or at very least, suspicious. Ali, are you alive?

Didn't find any cognac or pineapples, but good grief we did find our missing guest. Best call the coroner.

So there was a missing guest in one place and a nest in another, is the guest the same person whose name was on the label?

In all seriousness, I can confirm this.

Assuming the panic room is to enable us to implement a mayor type of role.

So Ali Curdama was the owner of this place?

The poker table had six chairs, six stacks of chips and cards scattered.

I'm assuming this is alluding to the fact there could be 6 vampires in the game? I haven't read the OP properly so if it's already mentioned there I do apologise.

EDIT: Nothing in the OP suggests this, but the fact it's scattered makes me think whoever it was left in a hurry due to the wording.

Ali did pop in for a couple of drinks in the pre thread. This seems to be a genuine player killed.

Sounds a pretty solid theory! Surely our best assumption at this point.

Sorry I missed joining you on the search folks. I had some Hooty business to attend to.

It seems reasonable to suspect that Ali Curdama may have been someone who failed to register their account on time.

EDIT: Woops, just seen that they were an active player. Very harsh to die on day 0  The Count doesn't mess about.

Someone starts screaming at the news Ali Curdama is dead.

"Murder! Murder!"

"Wait now I remember why Curdama Manor sounds so familiar! My ancestor got invited to a party there 200 years ago and was almost killed by vampires!"

"If there are vampires we among us we need to kill them first. I propose we vote on who to murder each day, that's the fairest way of killing the beasts rather than blindly shooting into the crowd. We'll need a vote for a leader too of course".

New Rules

1. Each day the players must collectively vote for their mayor who will choose which two candidates are put up for lynch vote.
2. No lynch is an option.
3. The mayor will seclude themselves in the basement panic room for the night. They can also bring 1 guest if they wish.
4. Nobody can go in the panic room two nights in a row.
5. Nobody in the panic room can use any special ability if they have one.
6. The mayor must announce lynchee candidates before 7PM for a lynch vote to be official. Mayoral candidate with most votes at 6PM is mayor.
7. All votes in thread publicly for the lynch unless decreed otherwise by mayor.
8. If the mayor wants a secret ballot, all voters will PM the mayor who will then give me the vote tally at 9PM. The mayor does not have to give me a correct vote tally.
