Have people bought extra long charging cables to use their DS4?

No. I sit close enough when playing COD that this one is fine.

Yep same, but if you did want a longer cable there a few quid off eBay or amazon.

Very slow start admittedly, just saved outside the warehouse, so will see if I can stealth kill every mummy strawberry floater around me  It'll be interesting to see how the characters compare to Drake et al.

That's like comparing cows and chickens.

Mom had a chicken
Momma had a cow
Dad was proud
And he didn't care how

Quite surprised there haven't been any updates on the single player DLC. Has it been delayed or something?

After being on a media blackout since god knows when, after dodging every review, every screenshot since it launched, after clearing my backlog of must play games I finally sat down to play this and have had one of the greatest gaming experiences of my life.

It took me 20 hours and 56 minutes with 113 collectibles.

Sublime stuff.

10/10

This is one of the few games this year that I managed to put off buying at launch. Couldn't resist it at £20 on play.com the other day though. It arrived yesterday, and I put a few hours in to it last night.

What a fantastic start. I have to admit I shed a tear when his daughter was killed.

I'm at the first big group of zombies/clickers, and finding getting past them rather difficult.

Thought I'd play a bit more of this but that Ellen Page lookalike is annoying me. "I can't swim!" What can she do? It's like they tried to copy the Lee/Clem relationship from The Walking Dead but failed miserably.

I think you're missing the point in that the relationship between Joel and Ellie is just starting at that point and he becomes more protective of her and she of him as the game goes on and it's a joy to behold. Keep at it and enjoy one of gamings best told stories and games.

Stop, just stop.

By the end parts of the game I genuinely cared about what happens to them, which very few games have managed to achieve.

It's GOTY for me, period. Probably one of the best video games ever made, imo.
