And Saul let Carrie take the lead on the ambush cos he was in on it too yeah? Amirite? I'm sure he's in on it.

It's a great show, first show in a while when it's disappointing to have to wait a week to see the next episode.

I do hope Saul isn't the mole.

I think so. I think it was he who gave the prisoner the razor blade as well - not Brody.

The seeds of doubt about Saul have been planted so I'm expecting yet another twist that he's just having a hard time.

I reckon it might be Estes for a real 'out of left field' moment.

My only problem with Saul (and Estes) being the mole is, how would a member of the CIA get so high up without being spotted. Could they have defected or something?

With Saul I imagine it would be something to do with his time in foreign offices and his connection to South Asia in his partner.

We're all agreed that there has to be a mole, right?

I was saying to the mrs that I reckon Saul is in on it, or rather in true 24 style you're supposed to think he is.

24 series 3 minor spoilers remember there was a guy in a shifty blue light room, who you thought was a mole? I think its like that

Also, if Saul hadnt told Carry outright that Brody wasn't a terrorist, she'd have asked that Uncle Phil from the fresh prince in the interrogation and all would have been revealed.

Good stuff

Anyone know what episode number that episode was?

Saul being the mole is too obvious.

I hope it isn't him, he's great.

You know, what kind of plan is it to have the most wanted man in the city be drawn out in as open and as public a place as you can get. I mean, what did they think would happen?

I thought the sign the diplomat used in his window could have been a warning to whatshisface instead - letting him know the CIA are on to him and that.

That's exactly what I think too. The Diplomat knew he was screwed, showed a warning message to whathisface and basically committed suicide. The stuff in the interview about telling his family he was gay and all that I think was just bravado - he knew there as no way out and took himself out of the equation. He was pretty much the only lead the CIA had, especially as they've dismissed Brody as the turned pow.

My thoughts as Saul's the one on the inside and Brody's obviously involved but will be left out to dry when it all gets nasty. Probably wrong though.

IIRC the finale is about twenty minutes longer than most eps.
