We went to the Isles of Scilly with my partner's parents. I engineered a walk for just the two of us along a coastal path and found a quiet spot with a bench and a view. Then paid for a very expensive celebratory meal for everyone, which probably means I need to live off pasta for a little while! That and needing to save for wedding costs :dread:

Back to work tomorrow after a week off, thankfully working from home but I feel kinda shitty. I also feel worse because the person I usually hang about with on discord during the day isn't going to be around as he's got other plans so I feel even worse. It's stupid, because all he's gonna be doing is going into VRChat and hanging out there so I don't see what my issue is. I guess I was just kinda hoping he'd be around as emotional support like normal rather than me being stuck on my own on my first day back at work haha.
