Nah, I think it's best to just leave it there, it's not just those folks who are to blame for the events tonight. It would probably be best to just go back to the mod-picking system that was used on GR, letting the old mods (not users, founders, or even a mod team noob like me) decide who is best for the job. KEEP IT THE SAME and all that.

I think it's rounded to the nearest percentage and since it's over 100 votes the forum software produces strange numbers that don't add up on first glance. I might be wrong, but then I'm very clever, so I'm probably right.
