E3 Comp: I am become Reggie's hands, the destroyer of scores

Since Nintendo are not having a conference, where are we watching out for these hand gestures from Reggie? Or will he be in the Nintendo Direct thing? I'm not sure if he was last year.

Wait, I thought there was still like a mini conference or something to start at 5 on Tuesday. Is that just a Nintendo direct, then?
