GAME to close 12 shops, 6 Gamestations, 25 concessions...

I didn't buy anything!

The final GAME in Wolverhampton is closing on Saturday :fp:

leaving us with just a pretty small Gamestation... unfucking believable... Got £72 gift card to spend from the trade in offer GAME had a while back, best go spend it on Friday

We have no Game now so i don't buy from them online either anymore. If they can't support this area at all i can't support them.

I just use Tesco's now as sadly the Truro indie slapped a fiver on everything since Game went under and HMV are rubbish.

The GAME near where I work is actually really good - they seem to have PC stuff reduced all the time - got a massive haul yesterday, all for 98p each - including Metro 2033 and C&C3 + expansion.

Indeed, awful lay out, stinks, and awful awful staff :fp:

I was at uni in Wolverhampton for 5 years and I can count on one hand the number of times i've bought anything from there.

No closing down sales sadly, got Sonic Generations and Dead Rising 2 Off The Record for the PC for £4.99 each and some points

Well I get employee discount in HMV. I prefer giving my money to real people, and taking a game out of the shop with me, rather than ordering and waiting.

I disagree. I also enjoy walking into a shop and buying the game there and then, as opposed to ordering online and waiting an unpredictable amount of days.

shopto will get 95% of games to you on or before release date.

Personally I enjoy paying a tenner less for my games online and having them delivered a day or two before launch.
