I really liked the bit when they're bringing the time machine back around to their own time, and you can see bits of old episodes happening in the Planet Express building, including that 80s guy with boneitis. Proper nostalgia. :wub:

Saw episode 7 yesterday. Really enjoyed it. Some fantastic moments. Wasn't sure about episode 6 though. The ending was cute though. Still enjoying the series though.

Wasn't Nibbler's gooseberry fool fuel for the spaceship, why did Leela just throw it away?

Also, why was no one suprised when Nibbler started talking, surely they had their memory erased last time, so hearing him talk again would have been a shock?

I swear the voice actor who said the line "Well now, this calls for a celebration" was Laverne from Day of the Tentacle.

As of Bender's Game, dark matter no longer functions as starship fuel. Also it was mentioned in Bender's Game that Nibbler forgot to mindwipe the characters the last time he had spoken to them.

So the films count as canon?

They strawberry floating suck (well the first 2, I refused to watch the later ones) but if it's canon I might have to put myself through 2 hours of boredom.

Why wouldn't they be canon? In fact the first episode of this season starts where the last movie ended.

I've not watched the last film to know that is the case but the reason I didn't think/want it to be canon is cause the films are really really bad. And at least with anime films they're not canon, could have been the same here.

There's the dark matter fuel thing, and the quick glimpse of Yivo from Beast With A Billion Backs in the last episode, and the fact that the first episode started directly where the last movie ended.

The movies are canon, and they were all pretty good anyway (except Bender's Game).
