What the hell? Community deserves so much better than a channel not on Freesat/Freeview. Community would be perfect for E4 in a 9PM slot with the plan of infinite repeats in the 5-7PM E4 slot.

Also, did the first season air in the UK? I always figured it was just a straight to DVD release here.

It aired on Viva which is on Freeview.

Thanks for the notice about the second series. I was getting back into it before the demise of the USTV thread and never got to the end of the first. Any links from about episode 18 onwards via PM would be appreciated (if that's still allowed).

I like it, I appreciate the ideas. I miss most of the pop culture references, but I still find it funny enough to keep me interested. But I also watch very few other shows, so maybe compared to other stuff Community may really be a bit crap for all I know. But I don't mind. The less shows I have to follow, the better.

I must admit, seeing her scarily accurate portrayal of Michael Jackson has made me question my decision. A few of my mates watch this show too and we've had long and complex discussions about it. :lol:

I think a lot of it stems from the fact that Community is pretty much the only place I see either of them, and while Britta is always portrayed as the hot one, Annie has become fairly irritating, and the will they/won't they Annie & Jeff subplot was a ridiculous idea that the creators have tried desperately to erase since they realized it was the worst possible cliffhanger to season one they could think of.

So every time I see Britta I'm all :wub:

and when Annie comes on screen I'm all :roll:

But there's one thing we can agree on:

Annie's a teenager we try not to sexualise her
