I have only done 1 thing towards Christmas 2023 so far and that is finding a second hand unboxed Xbox Series S for £110 and going halves on purchasing it for mine and the misses' nephews... I have tested it, updated it, there account is on it now with some of there games downloaded to it and its been put away... They have a Switch each and a Old Xbox One launch version and there always on about the newer consoles so they should be over the moon with this and I am quiet hyped for when we give it them.

My only regret is that I had no stilton to put inside them

As long as you ate one with a nice hot cup of tea, I'll let you off.

I think you might've just won the best uncle award in their books. :toot:

Thanks guys, to say they've only been in my life almost 5 years I love the stuffing out of them (there my misses nephews and niece by blood).... I don't like to think how much me and her have spent on fortnite points on them and switch controllers and stuff but they are well worth it... I used to spend a lot on my brothers kids but they are older now and I don't see them much, there mum absolutely ruined them, got half of them shagging around and the other half on drugs and no matter what I tried to do to make a difference I just kind of watched them slide away, so its nice to get to be an uncle again and try to be a positive influence and Christmas is a good time for that sort of thing.

I used to love buying my daughter consoles and setting them up and such but shes 21 now so has her own money and is not Christmas dependant, im guessing she will want warhammer figures or memory for her PC or something for Christmas.. I wont ask till bonfire nights gone as usually I think about one holiday type thing at a time .

This year they have a chocolate mint, still the same orange shape but mint flavor which seems to be the go to flavor for chocolate at the minute with Twirl, dairy milk and galaxy mint editions.

Wish my image sig would work

I'm holding off the mince pies until some arbitrary date I haven't decided on yet.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

My nerve won't hold that long. I might wait until first advent Sunday (3rd December), but it'll be tough.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.
