I'm surprised people aren't stepping on every tile that they know is true and picking up the extra £100. Surely best strategy is to first find a route to the end and then (after you've potentially halved your money) go back and get the extra cash if you have time.

Yeah that has bugged me when watching it, they'll say they know an answer is right but don't bag the money. There is the time pressure but I think the 5 minutes is generous enough to pick up a few extra £100 prizes either while you're thinking or to go back at the end.

Bear in mind we’re watching the first few recordings of the show - I imagine we’ll start seeing tactical gameplay as time goes on.

Yep, or when you see people at the last choice and they're , but they have access to the two unused safe points. May as well backtrack to hit them both in the hopes it knocks out the lie you're unsure of. But they do not.

Anywho great show DML. You have very much hit upon something here. Think this will be a classic a la pointless.

What annoys me about pointless is the dirth of questions. It takes ages to get to additional questions so playing at home becomes boring. You get a good slew of them here so that's great.

We press the panic button on Denster before the game's even began.

I stopped watching Pointless live when I realised you could fast forward through the show within ten-fifteen minutes maximum. The format is still great, but yeah there’s just a little too much chat for me in it.

I'm guessing this is relating to the Turkish Twerk answer. :fp:

Just watched today's episode, that guy really struggled on the under an hour round. Took a while to decide the world record for holding your breath was under an hour, then reckoned that maybe David Walliams swam the English Channel in less than an hour.

Well I just did because of this

This show is so frustrating :dread:

Home and dry with two GUARANTEED correct answers to the end and they go sideways and knock themselves out.

And I thought not using the panic button when the guy was very clearly timing out was bad.
